We absolutely understand that anxiety the moment you placed an order online. Although FaileUnion strives to automate most processes to keep customers satisfied, there are areas that will need to be fulfilled manually. And in light of the Covid-19 situation, various shipping measures may be in effect to ensure customers receive their packages safely so we encourage our customers to check this page frequently for updates.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?
We can ship to virtually anywhere except P.O. boxes and parcel lockers. Please ensure that your address and phone number are accurate for the courier company or us to contact. If your order has multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us where we will have to bear high return shipping fees. As such, we will not be able to ship your order again and you’ll have to place a new order after.

Always check your order confirmation once you’ve placed your order to ensure all information is accurate. Please contact us within 24 hours from the time of your purchase if you find an error in your delivery information.

WHERE ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPING FROM?
We currently have a US warehouse and an international warehouse in Asia. By doing so, we’re able to offer lower shipping costs and fulfill orders in a shorter timeframe. Depending on your location, orders are usually fulfilled via the closest warehouse. However, in case of low inventory or restocking periods, orders may be fulfilled via other warehouses to cut down on delivery timelines, so DO NOT PANIC in case you find your order fulfilled from another region. We have teams doing quality control to ensure quality consistency no matter where the orders are fulfilled from.

To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we may ship your orders in separate packages. Products that are in the midst of being restocked will be shipped out separately. Please check the product page for such information when you place your order. You may contact our support team for tracking information.


DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH DELIVERIES? OR PICKUPS?
We currently accept rush deliveries for US customers only. However, due to the limited local stock inventory, only certain products will be available for rush deliveries. Please contact us first if you require such delivery arrangement. Note that delivery is always highly dependent on local conditions and with the Covid-19 situation, some areas may be affected with various measures put in place. 

Our NY office currently isn’t open to walk-ins hence we do not allow pickups. But we strive to have our store up soon.
