EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene slips (where applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Accessories are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, you can submit a request through our returns center. If your return is accepted, we’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note we do not charge any restocking or handling fee. You’re only liable for the return shipping fees.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
We do not allow returns based on the following:

  • Products received without authorization
  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
  • Accessories, underwear, lingerie
  • Swimwear without tags and hygiene slips
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
  • Gift cards

Our returns team has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. The returned item will not be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your choice made at our returns center. For original mode of payments, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
